Phone number — collected when you configure your CFI Crew business number or when a student contacts your CFI Crew number.
Phone numbers and SMS message data collected through CFI Crew are used exclusively for flight training scheduling and student lead follow-up. This includes sending automated scheduling confirmations, lesson reminders, payment requests, and lead qualification messages.
When a student contacts your CFI Crew number, they will receive automated SMS messages from CFI Crew regarding flight training scheduling and lead follow-up. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. CFI Crew does not share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
CFI Crew does not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS message content to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used solely to operate the CFI Crew platform as described in this policy.
To opt out of automated SMS messages from CFI Crew, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive. You will be unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the CFI Crew service or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
