These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CFI Crew, operated by Ivynovate Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using CFI Crew, you agree to these Terms.
CFI Crew is an AI-native business platform designed for independent Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs). The platform provides a dedicated business phone number, AI-powered lead capture and qualification, scheduling automation, payment collection, and business intelligence features.
CFI Crew is intended for use by independent CFIs and solo flight instruction operators only. Use by Part 141 flight schools, Part 135 operators, or other flight training organizations is not permitted during the early access period.
You agree not to use CFI Crew for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable regulations, including FCC and carrier guidelines governing commercial SMS messaging.
CFI Crew is currently provided in an early access state. The platform is provided "as-is" during this period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, feature availability, or performance during early access. Features may change, be removed, or be added at any time without notice.
By using CFI Crew, you acknowledge that automated SMS messages will be sent from your CFI Crew business number to your students. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your students to receive such messages in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Students may reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ivynovate Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CFI Crew.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
